Is it a dream come true?

Hello. I had the tubal ligation procedure done 1 year and 3 months ago (February of 2016). I've never had an irregular period, even after I got the clamps put on. Well, my period is now a week late and the other day, my boyfriend and I tried to be intimate and during sex, there was a little bit of blood. So, we stopped. As soon as we stopped, the blood stopped. There was just a tiny bit, just enough to notice. Well, later that night, I went to go pee, and when I wiped, there was pink slimy discharge. I have 3 children already, so I was thinking maybe that was implantation bleeding? Any suggestions as to what could be going on? I'm cramping, expecting my period any minute and it just isn't coming... also I'm so tired all the time no matter how much I sleep, I'm exhausted. Could I be pregnant? Is it possible to get pregnant while having tubal clamps? Please help!
Thank you.
My boyfriend and I have been thinking about having a baby of our own in the future and getting my clamps taken off. So, I would like some opinions.... could I be pregnant or could it be something else causing this?

If you're a week late and have seen some bleeding, it's likely your period coming.  It would be the wrong time of your cycle to be implantation bleeding, which is more or less a myth anyway (or very rare).  But if you have been wondering, it is certainly simple enough to take a pregnancy test.  They are really inexpensive at the dollar store, and if your period is late one would be accurate by now.

I am thinking it is doubtful you are pregnant.  However, if you think you are, you should be checked as soon as possible as there is a very high proportion of tubal pregnancies after tubal ligation.  In reality, you've gone for permanent sterilization so pregnancy is rare.  good luck
