missed period after 4 years of having my tubes tied.

I am 26 years old. I have 4 kids. M youngest will be 5 in July. After having her I had gotten my tubes tied the very next day. Over the past few years I have been dealing with an ovarian cyst that wouldn't rupture. I had test run on me for thyroids and pregnancy because my period stop coming. It started in August of 2017 when I was 25. In October I had the tests done & everything came back negative besides me having the cyst. Went back 7 months later for an ultrasound again & I was actually having a menstrual and the cyst had disappeared. My period lasted almost 2 in a half weeks in May after being gone 7 months. I haven't had one in June at all. the doctor never check to see if I was suffering from an hormonal change because from the weight gain hot flashes & feeling like I have no energy. I think that's what it might all come down to. These doctors suck.

Ugh, true.  Sometimes they lapse in care and sorry if that is the case with you.  Ya, your hormones could be whacked out.  You could be having a slow thyroid with weight gain and lack of energy, hot flashes.  A simple blood test getting your hormone values would answer that question!  I guess you are going to have to call the doctor back and ask for that.  Or better yet, find a new doctor?  It's hard though when you are established with someone.  Let me know how it turns out, okay?
