Are we safe or not ??

Hi, me and my girlfriend got intimate few days ago. No we didn't have any sex (intercourse). I just touched her vagina with my penis tip for a few seconds and as far as i remember i was dry. As we know pre-*** may contain some amount of sperm if we had ejaculated recently and hadn't urinated since but i had urinated alot of times before that moment and i had ejaculated about 24 hours ago if i remember. She immediately washed her vagina but still we both were nervous so she bought an emergency contraceptive pill (ormeloxifen hydrochloride) because thats what was available in our place, and she took it within 2-3 hours. So is there any problem and do we need to get worried ? Please help! If we are not safe, then please tell me what to do, we don't want pregnancy now.

Actually can't tell her to take a test because she is relaxed now thinking everything is alright and i don't want to freak her out. I had read that sore and tender breasts are also early signs but she didn't have anything like that.
I would be grateful to you if you would pray for both of us, thank you for your concern.

Then, buddy, you are probably OK.
Women getting their "periods" (again, they're not periods, they just confuse them with periods) while pregnant is a rare thing. What you did isn't THAT risky. It is a bit, but not that risky.
If you still are anxious, just get a preg. test, really.

she said the colour is same. but many times before we got intimate ,she had periods in which she had less flows because her diet is low when she lives in hostel.

Listen, some women do claim they have a "period" while pregnant, but here are the facts (actual facts from biology MSC students):
1. It is not a period.
2. "Pregnant women can have some light irregular bleeding during pregnancy, but it should not be like a “normal” period. Some women can confuse this for their period because often it can come right around the time she was expecting her normal period. [...] It should not be enough bleeding to fill pads or tampons over a few days [1]."
3. It happens to about 25 % of pregnant women:

So, to be safe, just ask her if her period came on time (if she's regular), and all is normal with same pains, same flow, same colour, all natural. If yes, then she is not pregnant. If something is VERY DIFFERENT about her "period" from other periods, take a test.

But yeah, it is a rare thing to have this.
So consider your fact: without penetration AND she's of those that get periods while pregnant? small small chance.

She is not pregnant if she had a period. yall are worrying for nothing.  BTW there are safer measures you can take. If you both dont wwant pregnancy she should consider birth control and practice the usenof condoms even if there is not penetration just to be on the safe side.  Also did you forget there are diseases you can get even without penetration? Start being more safe!

It wasn't planned, i didn't want to have any intercourse. But now after having so much of stress, i am too worried to even have any sexual activity, let alone safe sex.

But i had urinated alot of times and hadn't ejaculated since more than a day before that moment. pre-ejaculate can carry sperm only if the sperms are present from a previous ejaculation if you haven't urinated since ejaculation. Moreover she also took an emergency contraceptive pill within 3 hours.

Not sure. The pre-*** from the tip could have made its way to her vavagina. Her just washing the outside did nothing. But I don't think she'd get pregnant from that

So be safe and smart about sex and messing around and she won't get pregnant
