am i pregnant? thyroid or ovarian cyst? will blood and urine test tell?

hello, im 19 years old (20 in a month) , and sexually active. My periods are usually a bit irregular, sometimes 30 days sometimes 65 (i took the pill for 3 months but stopped almost a year ago). My last period ended 75 days ago, and i had 2 pregnancy tests (one 6 days ago, one 5) and both came out negative! i gained a lot of weight recently! I have no evident symptoms that i notice..
today, due to my weight gain my mom forced me to take a blood and urine test to see if i had some hormonal imbalance... if im pregnant will it show there? the results will come to my mother, and the doctor will speak to her, she really cant know! am i pregnant? is it something in te thyroid or an ovarian cyst? will either of those 3 be diagnosable through the blood and urine test?

I would imagine they also tested for pregnancy hon.  Has she asked if you are pregnant or is that just the unspeakable?  Does she know you are sexually active?  She may know that your family has a history of thyroid issues or metabolism issues and wants to get a jump on it if you are showing signs of it.  You are probably NOT pregnant since you got negative tests and very well have a problem with thyroid or metabolism.  I'd not worry so much about being pregnant as I doubt you are.  BUT, you want to know what is going on with your endocrine system.  I will say that if you are sexually active, use condoms!  Much better to not worry about pregnancy.  And with your irregularity, it's hard to predict when you are most fertile.  So, protected at all times is good.  Maybe back on the pill would be a good idea? Anyway, try not to worry.  Your mom just wants to help you and is seeing things she's concerned about.  I had thyroid issues I had really long cycles and periods of time with no period and weight gain.  good luck

my exams  came back and they didnt test for any of the things that would show pregnancy! im still worried though cause since my last period ended its been almost 80 days! i honestly dont know what to do, should i take another pregnancy test? they only show if youre pregnant 3 weeks after conception right?
