This is gonna be long, I'm sorry. On 7/19/19, I had unprotected sex while completely under the influence of alcohol with a complete stranger. At that time, I had just finished my period about five days prior. About twelve hours later, I took the morning after pill. Two weeks later, I went to the doctor to be checked for STDs. All the cultures came back negative and I waited to take the blood tests because she said that it could take a few months to show up. In October, I had the blood work done and all tests were negative. I also had a blood test to check for pregnancy because I hadn't gotten a period. Pregnancy test showed no hcg and elevated fsh, which the doctor said meant i am in menopause. I finally got a period in February, but it was very light. The beginning of this month, I got another one that was heavier but didn't last long. I've had symptoms that could be caused by pregnancy or menopause and some that are usually associated with pregnancy. List: breast tenderness, increased libido, weight gain especially in abdominal area, lack of or light periods. Most recently, I've been experiencing a heavy feeling in my lower abdomen with almost a pulling sensation. I took three home pregnancy tests in August and September, all were negative. The blood test in October was negative. I've heard of women who were pregnant and all the tests were negative all the way up until they gave birth. I'm terrified that I could be pregnant from this one screw up and I can't be! I drink regularly and fairly heavily, which would hurt a baby. I'm married and the incident in July was with someone other than my husband, and my husband has had a vasectomy, so if I'm pregnant, he'll know I cheated. I already know I'm a terrible person and should quit drinking, so please no comments on that. Is it even possible for a person to be nearly 8 months pregnant and not have clear proof of it? TIA for any insights or advice.
