The only way to know is to take a test. I have PCOS and was told that they are considerably bad and I would need to have doctors assistance (assuming he meant IVF, I was 14) when I decided to have children. I conceived naturally in February this year.
Although, I had countless months of late or even missed periods, even when on the pill and took so many hpt that were negative and convinced myself that I was having symptoms like nausea, sore breasts etc. This February when I took the test I had none of these symptoms (apart from tender breasts but I get that anyway coming up to my period) I was convinced it was just another PCOS month and the test came up +. I still have only tender breasts and hormonal mood swings as my symptoms and I'm 9 weeks 1 day.
This is why I say the only way to be positive is a test. Best of luck. I feel for you and really hope it turns out for you the way you want it to. If not this time hopefully sometime soon :)
It could be due to hormones from PCOS or you could be preggo. I also have PCOS and was told by three doctors that I would never have kids, I'm 5 days away from my due date with a little girl :). It may be harder for you to have gets but it's not impossible!! Go get a test and take it with your first morning urine. Good luck :)
Oh yea I'm not really having symptoms except for eating & sleeping all the time & my breast hurt sometimes
