So I just now remembered that she and I had sex a little more than a month ago. It was 2 weeks before her period. A month before this, she had missed two days worth of birth control, but it had been a long time since she was back on track. the circumstances are the same: it was only pre-ejaculation at the very most, and I never had an orgasm. How likely is it that she had conceived a little over a month ago and is now feeling it? Keep in mind that she skipped two days of birth control, but took measures to get back on track.
