Help! Should I be worried about being pregnant?!

Okay so I have been sexually active and I missed my period last month (which can be normal for me and I was on antibiotics) but it's now the last week of this month and I havnt got it yet. I'm getting worried. But something weird is going on. I thought I got my period about 3rays ago when I saw a spot of what looked to be red on my underwear so I put a pad on but nothing else came till the next day but it doesn't look like period blood it's like darker almost a brown and it's not heavy like a period. I don't know if it's even my period? Is it an infection? Is it my period? Could I be pregnant? I'm confused and scared please help thanks(:

Discharge is a sign of a period and pregnancy so its tough. But I'd suggest taking a test. Sounds like a possible pregnancy

Take a pregnancy test. & that'll tell you if it was your period or not

Also antibiotics can counteract birth control pills.
