I have 3 negative home pregnancy tests but I am not convinced that I am pregnant.

I am worried that I am pregnant. I tried 3 Home Pregnancy Tests and it all came back negative. My period is supposed to come last Feb 15 but I haven't had my period up unto this date. The first week after we had sex, my breasts became tender and it became a little bigger. Not too much but it grew in size. I also eat a lot. I became a glutton and I eat every 2 hours even though I have eaten too much already. The week before my period, I had pink vaginal discharge for hours but it never lasted a day.The week I was supposed to have my period, I still eat a lot. Specially pizza. I ate pizza for a whole week straight. 2 weeks of my missed period, I lost my appetite. I can last a whole day eating nothing but a bread. I don't eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. I only eat snacks and I will feel full. When I eat a regular meal, I get full easily and sometimes, I want to vomit what I ate. But I never vomited. Yesterday, I thought I would have my period already because my lower back is cramping but my period never came. Today, I felt light-headed and I felt like I was going to faint. My head is not spinning but I feel dizzy. I tried another pregnancy test today but it still came back negative. Should I believe the result of the test or what? I don't know what to do and I don't want to consult my parents about this because I don't know if this is only a false alarm and I'm just being paranoid.

I don't  want to worry you more, but same things happened to me and I ended up pregnant! I am currently 37w 6d. My last menstrual was May 25th and didn't get a really faint positive until July 2nd of 2016

I had an appointment with the doctor today. My urine test came back negative again but I am not convinced with the result. I'll try another HPT tomorrow when I wake up. This would be the last time I would try a HPT and I would go to the doctor again for a Blood Test.
