unprotected sex after missing pills?
I had very eregular periods as i hardly stop taking my mini pill so i dont bleed but after taking an emergancy contraceptive it brought my period on.. but i was still taking my pill everyday, i had period for 3 whole weeks not to heavy but enough to really annoy me so i had two days off the pill letting it get really heavy then back onto the daily pill which got rid of it.. now its been a week of taking the pill again with no period anymore but i dont know wether i can have unprotected sex yet? is it 7 or 14 days of taking pill again before unprotected??? Please help i cant find the info anywere!!
The mini pill has to be taken PERFECTLY and when my doctor gave it to me to use (I was breastfeeding) she said 2 weeks minimum before having unprotected sex, but a month is better.
It is a whole month of taking the pill before you are protected. you need to go through a whole cycle (month) of pills, so be sure to take in everyday or you are NOT protected.
