I've never had sex but have symptoms of pregnancy.

I've never had sex before. I am a teen, and still a virgin. Two weeks ago, I swallowed semen but it never got close to my vagina nor entered my uterus. My period is late and there has been a white/clear substance coming from both nipples. My back hasn't ached, I'm not frequently peeing, I don't have fatigue or loss of interest. In fact, I feel great. I'm just worried due to late period and discharge from my breasts. Please let me know if there's another reason why my body is like this. I don't know if a hormonal imbalance could cause this but I'm very worried. I've shown my mom and she thinks I might be pregnant but, I'VE NEVER HAD SEX IN MY LIFETIME. I'm very scared and feel as if I will faint any minute. My body is still developing as a teen and if someone could help then I'd very appreciate that.

Hi there.  Sweetie, this is why we have parents.  You can not be pregnant from semen outside the vagina and must have vaginal intercourse to conceive and become pregnant.  Whew, glad you don't have to worry about that.  But hormones can shift and cause us symptoms that are like pregnancy as can things like thyroid issues or gi issues even.  So, I think you need to tell your mom you aren't feeling well, list your symptoms and see a doctor.  Being virgin means you shouldn't be embarrassed to get help for this.  good luck hon

See your doctor to understand why you have a clear substance coming from your nipples, it sounds like you have prolactin in your system but who knows why.  You aren't pregnant if you haven't had sex but you have been around semen, no, you can't get pregnant from semen that is not near your vagina, but you may as well rule out pregnancy just to get it off the table of things to discuss.
