7 weeks pregnant calculatimg from the first day of last period how many months would that be am i almost 2 months

Well lastnight i had black brown discharge no period cramps with it just pain in my right side close to ribs so i went to er and they did urin test but discharged me befor i got results and said it was probably bleeding from pap smeer last wednesday i had one more episode when i got home but it was lighter brown i guess because that was the last of it today i have nothing i thought this was old blood coming out but y pediod would have started right after right?? I have no feeling of starting so what should i do...?? Is it to early to get a accurat result on a @ home pregnancy test

Before I was pregnant I was always irritated when I'd ask someone how far along they were and their reply was in weeks.  No, how many months I meant.  Lol.
They measure it by weeks because your baby grows so fast if you kept up by it monthly instead of weekly it would be like physically watching a plant grow right in front of your eyes lol.  So much happens in just one week so we want to go through each of them!  After all, a human is ready to be born in 9-10 months. It develops rather quickly if you think about it.

I thought they counted months different in pregnancy so ill be 2 month on my 8th week
