Pregnancy Risk

Hi all, I did not have penetrative sex but there was fingering and dry humping. my boyfriend fingered me after touching his penis and he got some pre *** in his hands but before he fingered me, he made sure his hands were dry (not wash but dry), actually after touching himself and getting precum on his hands he wiped it on his belly and on my upper body. He also let me feel his hands to confirm its dry before fingering me. My question is: do I have a pregnancy risk? If so, is it high? Lastly we also dry hump but he was naked but I had shorts, a pad and underwear on and he got a few spots of pre *** on the outer of my shorts. does this also pose as a risk?
