Probability of pregnancy

Hi...My periods started on the 6th week after delivering my second child. Period was little bit longer than that, I usually have. My periods had been regular prior to pregnancy, normally of 28 days. Now I didn't get periods on expected time this month. I had unprotected intercourse on around 30 days after the first postpartum period and I am properly Brest feeding my child of 2.5 months. Please advise me about my pregnancy doubts. I have been going through the same lower back pain etc symptoms that I usually witness near my periods. Kindly suggest what can I do. Is it safe to go through the termination process in case I needed. I have to breastfeed my child frequently as I got to know that I have to refrain from breastfeeding for 10 to 12 hours after taking termination pill.....
