Thanks for the extra information :)
The main thing you need to remember is that you do not only miss a period when you're pregnant. So many women assume that if you miss one you're automatically pregnant, and this isn't true. The human body is far from perfect and you're going to have off cycles at some point in your life. Many things can cause you to not ovulate and/or ovulate late one month. A changing cycle, age, stress, sleep changes, diet changes, malnutrition, medicines, weight gain/loss, etc etc. It can just do for the hell of it.
Never mind, I got it today. Thanks for putting up with me ;)
If it helps, I used to never chart my cycles until a few months ago in June. Since then I had two 30 day cycles and my last one was 28........
Hey, today is my due date for my period and I was just wondering that if I miss it, what should I do? According to you and like 4 other people, I ddin't even have a risk so.......advice?
Oh, well I've already decided that this was the last time I'm going to be doing anything like this until I'm married lol
You're really over-worrying yourself. You have next to no odds of pregnancy, however if this has concerned you this much it would be wise you for to reconsider if you're ready for ANY form of sexual activity. Sex and the acts shouldn't cause weeks of stress and worry and you also need to ask yourself if that brief amount of pleasure is even worth that stress and worry. You can have PMS symptoms and random other things happen at any given time. For example, earlier this month I had sore breasts. This is only something I had when I was pregnant with my daughter--so naturally I got a little worried. Tested, and it was negative. Today I just started my period--so it was just my body being weird or my hormones being out of whack. It's hard to say for sure, but symptoms DO NOT mean anything.
He was my first sexual partner and the only thing we did was what I said above so I'm pretty sure there's not a sexual contact I'm not mentioning.
Repeated. Symptoms mean nothing. If you believe so badly that your pregnant you can actually give yourself symptoms. Stress and everything can even cause missed periods and spotting, as well as soar breasts cramps bloating and constipation. believe it or not. Only thing you can do is take a test, or go to the doc and get a blood test.
Ill put it this way, With penetrative sex theres only about a 20% chance a completely healthy women and man will get pregnant. With penetration not even occuring or no sperm being anywhere near you.. id say your chance is .000000001. Unless theres a sexual contact that your not mentioning.
Are you sure????? Cause, I've never started having sore nipples until sort of my last period. Is it normal to start getting new sypmtoms every so often??????
Your profile says you are already pregnant, so I am confused as to what you are asking. Are you already pregnant? Or what is going on? Bleeding during sex is very common and there are many possible causes for it to occur(irritation, infection, pregnancy, ovarian cysts, etc). If you are pregnant, are you getting prenatal care? This is very important that you are taking prenatal vitamins and regularly seeing your doctor.
To KatieLynn, It's highly unlikely you are pregnant, so I wouldn't worry about it. Also, "pregnancy symptoms", like Clysta said, are very unreliable and I myself get "pregnancy symptoms" almost every month, as the symptoms for pregnancy are also the same for PMS, illness, hormonal fluctuations, and so on.
I can honestly tell you that you have had a pregnancy risk but the bleeding from sex could be either for a few reasons: one, it broke your hymen or two it inured you from the rough sex you had. All of the symptoms you are experiencing, how ever are both unrealistic and not definate symptoms to be pregant (adding on to what Clysta said). So all I can say is to wait till you miss your next due period, and test. No other way around it, sorry :/
SAME THING ME AND BF HAD SEX ON AUG13TH WHILE HAVING SEX I STARTED BLEEDING, AFTERWARDS I REALIZED HE MAY HAVE KNOCKED MY PERIOD ON. MY PERIODS USUALLY LASTS 3-4 DAYS, BUT IT LASTED 6 DAYS. WE ALSO HAD SEX MANY TIME THE LAST TWO DAYS OF MY PERIOD ON THE 19TH-20TH, EXPECTED OVULATION WAS SUPPOSE TO BE THE 25TH-28TH, IS IT POSSIBLE TO FALL PREGNANT? ... I HAVE BEEN FEELING DIZZY, TIRED, HAVING HEADACHES,NAUSEOUS, HIGHTENED SMELL, PICKY EATING,AND WEIRD DREAMS. SORE BOOBS, BUT THEN A WEEK BEFORE AF IS DUE, BOOB STOPPED BEING SORE, JUST NIPPLE PAINS HERE AND THERE AND LIL BUMPS CAME UP ON MY ARIEOLA SOME HAVING WHITE HEADS BUT THEN THE DIZZY SPELLS STOPPED 4 DAYS BEFORE AF, AS WELL AS HEADACHES. NOW ITS SEPT 11. AND AF IS EXPECTED ANYWHERE FROM SEPT 10-13. LAST NIGHT I HAD A DREAM AF CAME ON. AND TODAY IM HAVING VERY SLIGHT TWINGES IN LOWER RIGHT ABDOMEN, AS WELL AS RIGHT LOWER BACK, WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK WAS IT POSSIBLE I CONCEIVED ON THE 19TH-20TH, SINCE BLEEDING LASTED LONGER THIS MONTH, WHICH WAS WEIRD. TOOK BLU DYE TEST 1HR AGO BFN, GONNA TEST IN AM, IF STILL BFN, GONNA GET PINK DYE TEST.
I guess it's cause I heard that it can like 'seep' in or something.
It's by far not a definite sign of pregnancy. No symptom means you're pregnant--because you don't even need symptoms to be pregnant. That's the one problem many women put far too much importance into. It's assumed to be pregnant you have to have fatigue, nausea, sore breasts, larger breast size, back ache, cramping, headache, frequent urination, eating more/less, etc etc etc. In reality, many women get no symptoms at all and symptoms don't indicate you're pregnant nor the health of a pregnancy. Far too often we get women who don't have these symptoms convinced they're going to miscarry.
Sore breasts/nipples can be caused from PMS, hormonal imbalance, pregnancy, puberty, clothing rubbing, or sometimes you can ponder it too hard and create the symptom. I wouldn't look too much into it. :) You're not pregnant.
If you ever do have a question though, you can send me a private message and I'll receive (or notice it) as soon as I log in.
So I'm not sure how often you're on but I just recieved sore nipples yesterday and they still are. My period is supposed to come sometimes late this week like Saturday or Sunday. I'm experiencing PMS cramps a bit and I was wondering if sore nipples are automatically symptoms for pregnancy cause I read around here on MedHelp and they all said it was an early pregnancy symptom. Could this be a sign for PMS too and not just pregnancy?????
Don't worry, you won't become pregnant from this encounter.
Another bit of details is he had not ejaculated yet. He did several minutes after. The only thing he did before our slight 'contact'was pre-ejeculate but I'm not sure if he had finished or dried out at the moment we were laying next to eachother. Thanks in advance.
