So I'm 45 days late on my period and I have all the symptoms of being pregnant but the only problem is that all the home pregnancy test that I've taken were all negative. My boyfriend and I are concerned bc if I'm not pregnant than why haven't I had my period in almost 2 months. Please help. Idk what I should.

P.S. I have always had regular periods up to this point. .

You might have just missed ovulation that month because of stress or something, and your period this month is about to come, so the only way to know is go to doctor

^^^ You need to go to the doctor and get a blood test done. It's rare but some women can be pregnant and the home tests won't pick up on it but a blood test from the doc will. And if you aren't they will be able to go over the possibilities of why you're missing your cycle.

call your doc and ask for a blood test. maybe ur hcg levels isn't high enough to be detected in urine
