Confused..... Need advice please

Hi,
I am a 24 yr old woman. My bf and I haven't really been trying for a baby but also not being careful either. I need some mom advice please.
The start day on y last period was oct 29. Had intercourse nov 10 and 11 (not sure when I ovulate) I had light pink spotting for 2 days and light cramps on the 15 and 16th.
So now getting the part the I am nervous about...  I have been extremely tired lately, the past 2 days I all of a sudden would feel nauseous but have not vomitted yet (not sure if it's the flu?) my breasts are really sore (which is a normal pms sign) but my nipples are worse, the nipple itself not my areolas is tingly and super sensitive. I have strangle eating habits all of a sudden craving sugar which is not normal for me. I'm a little moody I get set off easily which isn't really like me.  I took a test but it looked like a faint positive but I'm not a 100% sure.  Please any advice would help me. Thank you :)

I took another test today and same thing faint positive I took a picture but I'm not sure how to post it. I thought maybe I was going crazy. I also booked a dr appointment for dec 10 (earliest I could get in) thank you ladies for the help and support.

a positive is a positive. even if its faint. take another one but sounds like you're pregnant. go to a doctor and have blood and urine test done.

Take another test in a few days or go to your doctors for a blood test that will tell you for sure. I always use the clear digital test it tells you straight pregnant not pregnant. Good luck x
