Go to the doc and have them do a blood test. That will confirm if your preggy or not. Could be pregnancy could be psychosomatic as you certainly dont feel movement until like the others said passed 16 weeks usually closer to 20 varying for everyone.

Ive had nausea for about 2weeks now. It just recently started getting worse 2days ago.. Bad head aches.. Dizziness, sore boobs and my appetite has increased.. And I look in the mirror and it looks my stomach growing and now stretch marks that I never had before

If you're using the same brand of test, i'd try another brand to double check, but like the other person said most don't feel movement for quite some time.

Maybe you're having muscle spasms? I used to have them all the time after having my daughter. Do you have any other symptoms?
