im confused and really need help!!

I'm 19. I was supposed to start my period on 15 of July but I started on the July 13th. I'm usually heavy for 5 days. But this month I was heavy like usual for 2 days then just spotted like a day and a half. I've had nausea everyday since the 11th and diarrhea everyday since the 12th. And I've had sharp pains in the sides of my stomach two or three times. I thought maybe it was the flu but I dont have a fever and my cousin hasn't gotten it and she's been with me everyday for the past month, even sharing drinks. So ... what's the possibility that I could be pregnant?

Honestly it sounds like a normal period. Just two days early.

I have read that u can get implantion bleed and spoting when the egg is attaching to the wall or something think that , this is my 2nd pregnacy and am only 4 weeks 4 days but I missed carried my 1st :( , mayb u shud just do a test too b sure , have u any other symptoms sore boobs ect , not everyone has a implantion bleed as I never vut every1 is different xx
