spotting or light menstruation

hi...I was worried that I may be pregnant. My period was delayed for 2weeks so we decided to take a home pregnancy test and it came negative. After 2 days my period came, at first it was on a normal flow light to moderate as what always happen to me on the 1st day of my period and usually it will become heavy on the 2nd-3rd day but now I am on my third day and it seems that my period is ending already because the flow became very light. My period usually last for a week at most. Could this be spotting or just a light menstruation? Should I take another pregnacy test? help!

If you have reason to believe you might be pregnant, you should retest in a week.  Implantation bleeding typically occurs 7-12 days after conception, is very light, lasts a day or two but some women do bleed a little heavier while pregnant although this is not common.
