19 days late, negative urine and blood test could I still be pregnant?

I was just wondering if its still possible to be pregnant being 19 days late, 2 negative urine tests ( 1 was when I was 11 days late n the 2nd was when I was 13 days late) and I had a blood test done on the 13th day and I got a negative result... So I've waited for my period to come but there's absolutely no sign of it... All I have is a lil sensitive nipples... Which isn't really normal for me only when my period is here... I also got tested for thyroid, kidneys, liver, blatter and pregnancy in that same blood test at 13 days and it came back perfectly normal !!! I have never ever missed an entire period in my life I'm not very regular with my periods late about 3-4 days give or take but never ever 19 days !!! I'm also on average a 31 day cycle... And this is day 51 of my cycle n still so period so pretty big difference !!!! Anyways I'm getting an ultrasound on Wednesday so in 4 days to see if I might have PCOS or something ? But is it possible that my tests are wrong n could be pregnant ?? I'm just looking to hear some similar stories and advice !? Thanks xx :)

Blood pregnancy tests are NOT 100%. I wouldn't even say VERY accurate. There are plenty of women whom have low or undetectable HCG levels until week 7 or week 9.

Blood tests are very accurate so I would say you are not pregnant.
Lots of things can delay your period like stress. Hopefully you get some answers at your appointment next week.
