seeking support, confused

I was so sure I was preggo after six yr on mirena (with device still implanted). I wasn't trying and the symptoms came as a shock. after repeated bfn on hpt I finally got four consecutive faint bfp on 3 consecutive days with 2 different test types. after the fourth (faintest of all) I then started getting bfn including a quan blood test. I still feel preggo and have been getting more symptoms. My bf has noticed the changes too. Everyone (including him) thinks i'm either obsessive or crazy. I just want to hear from other women who went through this and what the end results were for them. I have some queasiness, super smell sensitivity, larger stomach with harder uterine area felt within and without, menstrual-like cramping, glowing skin, mood swings, stretching tendon pains in pelvic region, moodiness, crying more easily, larger more sensitive breasts, larger areolas, more sensitive nipples, menstrual like cramps after nip stimulation or baby dancing, swollen feet, dark strong-smelling urine despite proper hydration, super-frequent urination, extreme exhaustion, sore throat, soft cervix, cm ranging from thick creamy tacky yellowish to scant white cottage cheese-like, insomnia.. probably more symptoms but I can't remember them thanks to my mommy brain. lol..   Also, mirena is still in place and apt to remove isn't till 11-11.. does anyone think I should keep buying hpt's??

Update: today I woke up feeling like I had sucked a penny all night, what a horrible taste! Still nauseated and suddenly disgusted at the thought of eating another cracker. Also, I have lost my taste for big dill pickles. Still urinating like crazy, even when I drink less. Feel cold then hot constantly. Sheer exhaustion for no apparent reason..

Update: last night I was so queasy that I threw up and this morning I had heartburn immediately upon waking and have been nauseated and even saltines and ginger ale haven't helped. I feel like I may be getting a cold too. Also my bbt was up 0.4 degrees today, but it's only my second day tracking. Because my cervix is soft and high I did an op test this morning and will do another around noon JIC. I am still experiencing the menstrual-like cramps, though not as bad as yesterday as of yet. I expected to get a period by now even with mirena in place due to suspected cp. Instead it looks like I am either close to ovulating or preggo (fingers crossed everyone) I'd love to hear from anyone who has had similar symptoms as to what their results were. Send me some baby dust ladies!!
