foetal cardiac activity not seen for treatment

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Last LMP 2/11/2015 and today my ultrasound reports ( ULTRASOUND LOWER ABDOMEN ) ( EARLY PREGNANCY )
. Gravid uterus shows a single gestation sac measuring 1.32 cm in size
. Poor Decidual thickening seen around the sac.
.Yolk sac is 3.36 mm.
. Single embryo seen in the sac.
. CRL 3.92cm.
. Ultrasound gestational age is 6 weeks +/- 10 Days of gestation.
. Foetal cardiac activity not seen.
. internal OS is closed. Cervical Length is normal.
. Both adenaxae are unremarkable.
** Impression : Missed Abortion of 6 weeks +/- 10 Days Gestation.

Please Suggestion for treatment
