anyone else currently have a pregnant toddler?

I am 17+1 and really have a noticeable little bump. So my husband explained to our children they were getting a baby brother or sister.
This was a few days ago..
Now my daughter has a baby in her belly!
She tells me things she can not do because of her baby.
Most of these things include bed time , dinner time ex ex things she doesn't like lol
And I have to whisper when I talk to her so I do not wake her belly up?!
So was just wondering does anyone else have a pregnant toddler?

When my little cousin found out I was pregnant, he took that moment to make a 'grand announcement' to the family about how they need to be careful with him and can't play rough and jump all over him (all the things I said he couldn't do to me) because he didn't want to hurt the baby in his belly. now that I'm starting to show he puffs out his tummy and asks whose bump is bigger, he's too cute.

I'm 36+3 and my best friend has a 3 almost 4 year old and we tell her baby Christopher is in my belly and she says she has a baby sally (that's their dogs name Lol)  in her belly lol

I have a 2 year old well she was constantly talking about going to school and riding the bus but now its mom I don't wanna go to school...  why Lilly? cause I have a baby in my belly.... its adorable I think lol

That was another thing she wants to know everyday when we can go get the baby lol
I try to explain it you know only mommys belly has the baby lol and I'm pretty sure she's got that but still continues to be so fascinated. She makes me laugh so hard. Some of her comments are so cute!

That is super cute my 22mnth old kisses my belly and says baby baby and then lifts her shirt and wants me to kiss her belly too we try to explain to her that only mommy has a bby but shes still lil and as long as she knows that she has to be careful with mommys belly so she wont hurt the bby shes just strtn to understand that's hiw little kids are it really has nothing to do with when they grow up like hopingfor_brookr said

That's so cute!! My 4 year old nephew is completely baffled by the whole thing, when I told him I'm having a baby, he goes "Oh good! When is she coming out?" And I said, "Well Jayden, I don't know it'll probably be some time after your birthday, and aunty Amy doesn't know if it's a girl or a boy yet because the baby isn't big enough for us to see yet" And he says (With lightning speed I must add) "Aunty Amy, you're so silly. Girls can only have girl babies, you're a girl. So it's a girl" And then I said, "Jayden, you and Ollie came out of your mummy's tummy and you're a boy and so is Ollie, and mummy is a girl" And he said, "Yes, okay aunty but yours is a girl". He wouldn't give it up for weeks!! "It's a girl aunty, haven't the doctors told you yet???" And sure enough when I did find out it was a girl.. I felt like I had been bested by a four year old..

I think so I have set up all my stuff I have been given swing and basdinet for her babies so she can familiarize herself with them. I show her how she must be gentle and how they work. So when the time comes she will be prepared and its not thrown on her. My son is 5 and more easy going but she's my girl so it will be so new to her.

This actually made my night lol. I wish they didn't delete the posts I'd have showed my boyfriend when he got home, cuz when I tell him he ain't gonna believe me hah. Gatorgirl you have nothing to be sorry about! Your daughter I'm sure is very bright and its wonderful that she wants to be involved with your pregnancy. She's gonna be a great big sister.

Wow how could you think that's not cute?! I nanny 4 girls and the youngest one who is 5 will say she has a baby in her tummy lol I think its the cutest thing ever!

Lol my 3 year old son will put my hand on HIS belly to let me feel his baby sister kick ...and he will bump up his belly.....which kinda makes me believe he thinks I'm faking it when he really does feel his sister kick in my belly ...but its super cute when he does it :)

I love she has involved herself in her own way with the process.
I brought her to the Dr today and she asked him if their was a washer in her belly. ( heart beat lol she says sounds like the washing machine)
He poked her little belly with the doppler and told her mommys taking care of the washer lol

Awww... My hubby and i ask our 2 yr old where his baby brother is and he will lift his shirt anf point at hid belly then lift mine and say baby and kiss my belly.

my baby sister is almost 3. she is so cute! she was sitting on my lap and asked if she could pet my baby, so she rubbed my belly. well then she informed me she was having a baby and patted her belly. i asked her what she was having and she said a girl named Harley. lol. (thats what my baby girls name is.)
