What's consider full term pregnancy? How many weeks

Typical the baby is fully functional and developed at 37-40 weeks

New recommendations say 39 weeks. Some doctors still go by the old recommendation of 37 weeks though.

As of jan 2014 In the U.S. the American Association of Pediatrics changed full term to 39wks.
