I was just wondering if tanning @ the beach is dangerous @ 10 weeks? My mom says its ok as long as I cover my stomach? Of course I'm going to use.sun block This is my first pregnancy & I also want to know would I be able to handle the.heat with my hormones.raging? Had.anyone experience.this¿

Tanning outside isn't bad, going to a tanning booth is. Just make sure you stay cool and drink lots of water, you don't want to overheat!

Keep yourself hydrated and use a sunblock with higher spf. You're more likely to burn when pregnant. I know I do. It has something to do with skin changes and hormones.
