So I've been having cramps all morning. Woke up from a nap with a couple wet spots in my panties. Like way far up. So I smell it (TMI) and it does not smell like pee or sweat. Like it smells sweet like they said amniotic fluid would. I'm freaking out lol I don't wanna go to l&d and have them tell me it's pee...

Maybe you're making your self think it smells sweet since you want her out so bad. You should have your boyfriend smell it. I know that sounds gross, but if he says it smells sweet..then it's go time!

Go pee, then lay on your side for like 20 min, when you get up if water poors out its probably your fluids.

@ baby what's hormonal discharge? I've had discharged before and its normally like sticky and has a weird smell. This...this is sweet like I'm not even kidding. Like freakin candy

Sounds like it coukd be your day :)  it could still take a while after waters break before going into full blown labir, you might want to give your doctor a call, and then take it easy for a while.

You could go and nap until he gets there or watch TV an get to know the nurses. Heck take a coloring book and crayons or notebook and pen to write down what's going on at what time for memory.... you most likely can relax there knowing that your on a monitor and baby's a OK besides worrying at home alone... just a thought, i wouldn't wanna be alone even if my company was just nurses
