And try drinking more fluids through the day so you won't be so hungry or gain much weight from eating a lot.. Water is mandatory.. A lot of it..

A bowl of raisin brand crunch also helps. . or Graham crackers and milk
That was me last week.. Try peanut butter and a glass a milk.. Helps me relax and sleep..
