I had really bad nausea until I was 16 weeks or so. Only thing that helped was ginger ale. I had no appetite either. Im currently 20 weeks and still have days ill throw uo everything.
I had significant nausea trouble at first. My doctor recommended vitamin B6 200mg daily unisom 25 mg daily. I take these both at night and it helps signigicantly!
Well when you go to the doctor ask her for some medicine so you don't feel nauseous. Eat small meals throughout the day. Like saltine crackers and sprite. It helped alit for me!
