Decaffeinated is actually worse because of the reverse process it has to go through in order to make it decaf. You're allowed a cup of coffee a day/ 200mg of caffeine a day. They make drinks based on pumps of coffee. I asked if they can do 1 pump of coffee. It might not taste the same but it gets rid of the craving.

They have frappes without caffeine my favorite is the double chocolate chip.

8 cups of coffee a day?? Lol I think that's a bit off...you should be having 10 cups of all fluids, mostly water a day. Too much caffeine
is terrible for the baby. But no, 1 coffee from Starbucks won't hurt you. Just drink a few cups of water later!

Yes perfectly fine. Your allowed to have up to 8 cups a day. Which I find crazy. But enjoy your Starbucks. When I Drink Starbucks My Little Girl Gets To Moving All around.

1 isn't the end of world if that's all your caffeine for the day. My doc just says load up on water if I have any!
