glucose test question.

I had my glucose test this morning and I didnt know I was supposed to fast, so when I woke up I tooj a drink of a cran-grape juice ibhad in the fridge to take my thyroid medicine.. then the nurse was like "you didnt eat or drink anything for breakfast right? Youll have to come back if so." And since I already had to take off work to go for the early morning test I panicked and said "no" lol. Do you think that drink of juice 1.5-2 hours before test will hurt my results? I took the two hour glucose test. And honestly only took like one good drinj of juice to get my meds down....?

With mine I didn't have to fast, I even called and double checked and they told me I didn't have to. One drink should be fine.

Well good luck! I hope you pass! The nurse said it'll take 5-7 days for the results to come in and they'll only call if I fail.
This whole week I'm gonna be a nervous wreck :/

I had mine today too... couldn't eat or drink past midnight.
If you fail it, they're just gonna give you another longer test, so now you know to fast for next time.

If you fail that test youll have to take another test regardless and you can fast for that test and then youll know your correct results

I'm not for certain. But I honestly don't think one drink of juice will have a huge effect on your test.
