heartburn

Anyone else get heartburn when they r trying to sleep and u try everything for it and nothing helps... What can I do to get rid of it??? Please help. It gets so bad it makes my stomach hurt. The doc says tums but I can only take a few and they didn't help.

Cool water normally works for me. Or a glass of ice cold "Cool Blue" Gatorade.

I am the same way. I try everything and nothing helps tums don't a lot of people say sleep propped up on pillows you could try that. It doesn't work for me I just suffer through it good luck though.
