I had swam that week of and had sex and did nipple simulation for a lil while I used a breast pump to stimulate myself.

Only 7am till 10am once I got epi it was smooth sailing.

I was in your shoes and I wasn't even sure if I was in labor when mine started lol. I had no pain just bh but they became annoying and then my back started to hurt so I took Tylenol but that didn't help and the bh started to get slightly painful and more frequent and I   spotting but figured it was from having sex earlier that night. But decided to go in and get checked. It was early stages of labor. And within no time I was in a lot of pain and dilating quickly so doc broke my water and I got epidural then had my boy this all happened from 3am till 11am was in pain from only am

i did nipple stimulation at 39 weeks well my bf did n within 5 minutes my water broke n contractions started i had only bh for the week before my contractions aint start till the night i went into labor
