Sick maybe?

All day today iv felt really bad kinda dizzy and like if i walk for a certain amount of time i feel like im gonna get sick. I have a mild headache off n on all day too.and bodyache. Its really hot out but iv been drinkin lots of water and that seems to make me feel bad too. I havent gotten sick actually just feel nausiated. Tmi but the runs is also a sad part of my day too. Could i just be getting the common flu or should i look into callin my doc.

My feet get swollen too the last few days but thats prob from being on them at work. My mom suggested tylonal sinus cuz it sounded like a virtigo thing? And i guess that has to do with your sinus. I took some a few mins ago i hope it works. If not idk what to do i feel miserable.

I'm almost 37 weeks and pretty much have all those symptoms except for the diarrhea part and was wondering the same thing. Only I've had some slight swelling in my fingers and feet also. I've never had any of that until recent. I've been blaming my symptoms on the heat tho even tho I haven't been outside all day...
