21 weeks & Back Pain
Has anyone ever experienced crucial backpain this early? I am experiencing bad pack on the left side in the middle of my back. does anyone know if this is normal or what may be causing this?

I had it, still do. If you can you should go to a prenatal certified chiropractor, it has made a HUGE difference for me!
Lower back and like upper butt. It slowly started radiating out now its upper butt? Lower and mid back

Totally normal im 24 weeks and been getting back pains for a little over a month. Idk whats causing it though.
