21week.. facing still birth

So mamas... I am 21weeks.. I posted earlier and still need to vent.. my u/s turn today turn to be boom timer when doctor doesn't see any activities from my little baby boy and couldn't find the heart beat... broke down as 2 weeks ago everything seems normal.. heart rate is 150 and blood test all seems right. I am clueless why this happen?? I am going for 2nd opinion tomorrow and its kinda kill me. Till now I none stop crying and hoping for miracle to happen tomorrow.. but if not then will I facing still birth? Any has been thru this?? Doctor say blood flow not reach my baby chest and head around :( I am 1st time mom & has been miscarriage 4 time before.. this is the longest pregnancy I ever been.... I am so lost and since this morning I feel dying :((

Thank you so much dear.... I really don't know what I feel right now!!! I just seems cannot stop crying!!!! Its really painful to bear...!!!! :(( :((

I'm so sorry you are having to go through this.  Unfortunately sometimes these things just happen and we have no idea why.  It could be a defect in the placenta or umbilical cord.  It could have been a knot or kink in the cord or any number of other reasons.  I think it's good that you are getting a second opinion, but it IS likely that you will face stillbirth.  If they determine that your baby did not survive they will probably want to induce you.  I had a full term (38 week) stillbirth caused by the umbilical cord becoming wrapped so tight it was flat and cut off the blood flow.  

It's a very difficult situation to be in and it's hard to understand why it's happening.  Take things one day at a time.  It's emotionally hard for awhile but it DOES get easier to cope with the loss.  Sending lots of prayers and well wishes your way!
