vitamins anyone??
So I just finished my bottle of prenatal vitamins and I need to keep taking them ..my doc a couple months ago gave me some but I didn't take them because u was already taking mine I'm thinking of just taking the ones he gave me but they are a totally diff brand and have some things mine didn't have...is it safe to take a diff brand from the ones I was taking?
The ones doctors give you may have more iron in them, so they might make you have nausea or constipation. So just watch out for that! It wont harm baby by switching to those.
Its fine to switch vitamins I started off on one a day prenatals then my dr prescribed me some ans they made me sick because they were too strong so I switched back to my one a days
If your doctor gave then to you it should be fine. Probably better for you and baby if it has things in it that your other kind didn't.
