I am 25 weeks also and my baby doesn't move that often so if I want him or her to move I just drink some juice and lay down on my side or I move my belly... The only time its really active is when I am sleeping so... Dont worry your baby just needs a break from all the exercise it gets just like any person in the world does :) dont worry to much

Your stomach will fluctuate. Some days it will be hard, others squishy. Baby can move around and burrow, remember? So it will change your belly as well. As for counting movements, doctors do not expect you to monitor it until 28wks, and even then its not necessarily about the count, its about what YOUR baby does. Some women barely feel movement the whole pregnancy.  Others babies will not stop moving, and some get a random variety of the two. You will come to know what is normal for your babys activity and what isnt but if you are concerned let your doctor know.
