Im in so much pain and im only 6weeks 7 tomorrow cramps r killin plus constipation someone help
My mum mentioned about taking something to help me poo but im a hairdresser I gotta try not take anything while in the salon :/
Take a Tylenol extra strength and a stool softener, you can also use a heating pad or warm compress on cramps
Yeaah im havin that problem to im just trying to ignore it but im findin it quite hard now
