it maintains the flexability of your pelvis and can encourage baby into the ultimate birthing position, also stretches the inside of your legs which can help with second stage labour , so its all good :)
I have been tailor sitting pretty much since I found out I was pregnant so hopefully it helps :)
it's spose to help with your pelvic muscles or bone idk which , to get ready for labor. but you need to be sitting Indian style on a hard surface.
Interesting. I sit indian style a lot. Never heard of this.. I would like to know more also.
