Weight gain

Hi everyone. I'm currently 24 weeks pregnant. Each time at my monthly appointments I gained between 2-3 pounds from the previous month. However, from week 20 to 24 I have gained 9 whole pounds. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow and am nervous about what she is going to say. I haven't been eating any differently and have no explanation for this sudden weight gain. Is there any reason for this? Has anyone else experienced anything similar to this?

That's very normal. Most weight is gained in the 2nd triimester.
