Stress is going to be there regardless of what you do. I think that this has been my most stressful pregnancy because I lost my grandmother a few weeks ago. To be honest, when I get stressed I like to plan things. Im a little excessive with the list making and planning but it helps me. I made a list of what I need for baby, what to get done before baby comes, I go shopping if I can afford it, clean, just basically find whatever I can to occupy my mind to get from worryin about whatever is going on. After I ignore it for a bit depending on what it is me and my husband will talk about whats going on in life and try to find simple solutions but the only thing that really helps my stress are distractions..
