And my hospital wont keep you unless you are a 5-6 or better...
I've been at a 4-4.5 for 2 weeks now and am used to contractions and pain because I was having preterm contractions for 2 months... So I'm just going to try to wait things out as long as possible
At 4.5 my doctor would've sent me to the hospital already if it's difficult to walk the hospital will probably keep you just because you're over 3-4 cm. My hospital will anyway. The only issue with it all is that with the pain you're already in it may be difficult to feel contractions since they feel different for everyone. I'd get checked since you went walking you could've dilated more. Good luck!!!
I'm trying to ride everything out as long as I can... Only because they would just tell me to go to L&D and they are extremely rough when they check you and I'm in enough pain as it is... It's all I can do to stand up and walk on my own because of the pain in my pelvic area and tailbone...
I think you're pretty close, I would call your doc and tell them your symptoms and see what they advise
My water broke three and a half hours ago. It started off as my belly feeling very heavy then progressed into feeling like I was going to get my period. I went to bed to lay down and sleep. As I touched my belly to rub my baby and tell him good night. I felt a pop.. like a balloon. I stood up out of bed and a gush of water came out. So far I have been bleeding (midwife said it's normal) and feeling the waves of contractions every three minutes apart lasting 60 seconds.
