Get the hospital ice packs. I had the same issue and was unable to pee by myself after 2wks. I was sent home on a Cath. Also... Before using the spray... Dermoplast... Splash cold water. If u can't get an ice pack from them use a thin pad on top of anything u have. Change it every time u pee. Cold water n ice packs will save your life!

I had the same pain after I had my son, i could barely sit down or walk. Those ice pack pads do help a lot, I would definitely ask for some even if you've already left the hospital I'd call up there and ask they shouldn't have a problem giving you any. I was still pretty sore about a week later but could get around a little better, good luck I hope you feel better.

Ask and see is they have any ice pack pads I think that is what helped me not to be in so much pain I was up an hour after I had my daughter and I had very little pain.

Did the hospital give you ice pack pads to wear to help with swelling? I did not have much pain with my daughter but I  did tear. Ask for some of those pads if you can
