Aspartame is used in Britain too. It is in all our sugar free products pretty much. As long as you don't overdo it, you should be fine. Drinking a flavoured drink is not the same as consuming alcohol. Don't stress
I'm not extreme I'm just saying people should do their research when they are pregnant. I was told no artificial sweeteners as they have not been studied in pregnancy... Aspartame in particular is not approved for human consumption in any other country than the US and even then it was denied about a dozen times before it was approved.
Wow... You're comparing flavoring syrup to alcohol and smoking. .. They're not even on the same level. You're being a tad bit extreme...lol.

There's also people who drink alcohol and smoke and have babies who are fine too, but most people still don't do it.
It was the syrup thing and its the lemonade kind Ive been drinking it today only
In moderation pretty much anything is ok. Talk to you're Dr if you're concerned because you will get mixed opinions on here. And that's exàctly what they are, opinions.
It's like flavoring you put in water they have powder and liquid form I do belive to make like lemonade stiff like that
No I would never drink it while pregnant. Its the same as diet soda... They both contain aspartame an artificial sweetener who's safety is still in question for nonpregnant people.
