5-6 Weeks and SHOWING???

Hello Ladies, just a simple question. From my lmp I am about 5-6 weeks pg. It's already obvious I am pregnant. I have a 3 year old daughter. With her I did not show till 6 MONTHS!!!!!!!! I know I was keeping it a secret from my job due to previous miscarriages and other things and they say when you are not telling anyone and being secretive about it you tend not to show as much. My family knows but I haven't told my job I'm waiting till this Thursday in hopes of maybe hearing a heartbeat and getting a due date from an ultrasound. But I just feel like its VERY STRANGE for me to be showing this far along. I know I have gained atleast 10 lbs already. I'm an average size girl I was at 125lbs about 5'5" tall at the begining of March. Last week I was already at 135lbs. Has any one else ever showed this early along????????????

That is so crazy how some ppl show so soon.  I am 32 weeks pregnant and still fit in my regular jeans.

im seven weeks with my fourth bub and look very pregnant too. im pretty slim/average build and am also wondering why im so big. i have my first ultrasound in ten days.

I showed from 4weeks with my third bub which was probably because I was a size 6 at the time.  I was in maternity pants by 6weeks. I have heard of it happening heaps and I wouldn't worry. Once your stomach is stretched it just pops out early.

My M-N-LAW is all worried it's twins. She says she is expecting them from one of her kids. I'm beginning to wonder if it could be. My Dr.'s appt is not till Thursday. I'm so anxious! I've read that the chances of twins has nothing to do with him???But I also know  twins run on my side of the fam. I seriously doubt it is twins but it's just very strange to me that I am showing this early.....maybe it is just the 2nd time around thing. I dunno but we should find out this week :)

Your second time around, you will show alot earlyer.....I tryed to wear my "normal' jeans as long as I could but by the 7-8weeks I had to start wearing Mat. jeans.....

I too was gonna keep my pregnancy on the down low til I knew if it was gonna be ok....but at 6 weeks I was showing very well turns out I'm having twins....but alot of other women have been saying they showed early too it could be from the bloating.....have you had an u/s yet?
