She means the egg must be fertilized first, then it has to become implanted into  your uterine lining.  This could take 2 weeks.  Do yourself a favor and research the consequences of unprotected sex and how a woman becomes pregnant before you are pregnant.  You're only 15 years old.

There is no way that you would be pregnant implantation takes 5-12 days so there is no way to tell if you are pregnant. You need to be careful for stds and teen pregnancies.

Yes you could get pregnant but you wouldnt have any symptoms this early on.  You can take a test in about 2 weeks.  You have the option of taking Plan B can be taken during the 72h timeframe after unprotected sex which will help prevent pregnancy but it does have a 25% failure rate.
