6 weeks :(

6 weeks is such a boring stage. I'm getting down that I don't have a bump, haven't seen a doctor and won't see a midwife for 3 weeks. I don't have any of the exciting pregnancy stuff, just the pains and morning sickness. I'm starting to feel depressed and find myself crying a lot and I'm trying so hard not to get stressed as I know it's harmful to my baby, anyone got any advice ?

I didn't geta scan until I was 10wks believe me toy will be happier with an ultrasound when you're further along because it will look like an actual baby lol not a blob. But I wad just like you hun. Try to find things that keep you busy the weeks will start going by fast. I didn't start getting a hard bump until around 17/18wks everyone is didn't some start showing way sooner then others. If the nausea is really bad ask your doctor about Zofran. Not being so sick will help being your spirits up!

I know I was the same way. Hearing that heartbeat at every visit is what got me thru the boring stages until I could feel her move and know she was there and was fine. You can also get a doppler at babies r us for like $25 and you can hear the heart beat!

Good ideas, thank you! Last week I was having terrible nightmares about my baby not being there at my scan, or that the tests had been wrong and I told the world I was pregnant when I wasn't. Or about girls covered in blood. It was horrible!! I'll try find that book and start making lists. Thank you so much :) and good luck !! ❤️❤️

The first trimester was a nightmare for me too. I was so bored and impatient.  Didn't start showing until 26 weeks or so and didn't feel movement until 19 weeks. I hated waiting for doctors appointments cause I was just so anxious.  But some thing that helped me tremendously was reading about babies and pregnancy. The book "What to Expect When You're Expecting", is amazing book that goes week by week and it helped me stay so busy and I've learned a lot about what my body is going thru. Also looking up names and themes and making lists of everything you need to buy is fun too. I thought I would never get to the end but it has gone by so fast. I'm now 37+4 and im.in early labor as we speak lol. Good luck and stay happy♡♡
