Thank you soooo much for your feedback it makes me feel alot more reassured that everything is okay. It is very comforting to know that we are not alone out there and there is other people who have been through this also. I guess when you are pregnant u just wanna make sure everything is okay all the time.
When i was pregnant with my son i didnt have any symptoms at all but with this pregnancy ive had every symptom going. Every pregnancy is different. x
Oh yeah, most definately consider yourself VERY lucky....my boys aunt on their dad's side, when she got pregnant, she had morning sickness sooo bad that it never went away, the whole pregnancy! Her puking got soo bad that the doctors made her take her prenatal vitamins by injection because she couldn't keep ANYTHING down! It was pretty bad!
Its not a bad thing to not be having symptoms. By six weeks I was had 24/ 7 sickness and lived out my fist trimester and a half on the couch or sitting in front of the toilet (just in case). So unless your doctor says theres anything to be worried about just be glad that you dont have some of the symptoms that usually go along with the begging of pregnancy. Good luck with the pregnancy!!!
Symptoms come and go (like the breast soreness) as the hormones fluctuate. Also, not having symptoms doesn't mean that you're any less pregnant or going to miscarry. Morning sickness didn't start until around week 8-9 for me. And even then it was not unbearable and I have not thrown up at all (I'm 17 weeks now).
It is definately common not to experience any symptoms....I had NO SYMPTOMS with my first 2 children! I wouldn't worry too much about it...especially if you have already confirmed it with your doctor. Congratulations!

I'm six weeks as well, and its very normal not to have any symptoms. Just consider yourself as just being lucky!!! :)
Yep! I am 29 weeks and I never had any "symptoms" besides the frequent urination and the sore breasts. I never got morning sickness at all and I've recently discovered what triggers the acidburn so that's not bothering me anymore.
Don't worry only 50% of women get those "classic" symptoms but you will get symptoms that you never knew about....
Things that will happen that no one tells you about:
-Increase in pubic hair (TMI I know)
-skin changes, you'll feel like a teenager once again
-blue veins on your breasts
-unexplained aches and pains
-embarrasing gas, oh you will be farting worse than a frat boy!
And some others that your body will decide for you. Anyway enjoy your pregnancy, its definitely a journey.
