Am i allowed ?

I only have 6 days left till my due date... I dont think baby is going to come on that day.. Am i allowed to say that i would like to be induced at 40 weeks and a couple days.. Ive been having really bad blood pressure and bad headaches i just wanna know if im allowed to do so

Nope u have to wait till the doctor says so. Or depends om hospital policy. If the baby is fine the doctor will say wait one more week than we will give you the app to be induce. With my first I ask at 39 weeks the doctor said unless sum is wrong with the baby we can't induce u till 41 week. Hang in there you almost there

It depends on the doctor- my SIL went to a doctor that would induce her at 38 weeks.  I was never comfortable with that- and my midwife wouldn't induce until 40 weeks, and even then- it would only happen if there was a medical need.  Each doctor is so different, it's best to get their take on it and see what they will do.
